Shipping policy

1. Order Processing: Built for Speed We know you need your fuel fast. All orders are processed and dispatched within 24-48 business hours of order placement (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email/SMS the moment your order is packed and ready to move.

2. Order Tracking Once your order leaves our facility, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS. You can use this link to monitor your package's journey in real-time.

3. Unsuccessful Deliveries & RTO Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are 100% accurate. If a package is returned to us (RTO) due to an incorrect address, unresponsiveness, or unavailability, re-shipping charges may apply.

4. Damaged or Lost Shipments We pack our products securely to withstand transit. However, if your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact our support team at Info@reauxlabs.com within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will resolve it on priority.
